Sports can Change Lives
Studies have shown that participation in team sports was associated with better mental health, fewer depressive symptoms and higher social connectedness – and that involvement in team sports was related to better mental health regardless of physical activity volume. By combining the most popular sport in the world with an impact focused, value-based coaching process and mentors, we aim to transform lives and help children be better prepared for the future.

The Player Performance Matrix is our way of measuring impact amongst players in the Champions programme. It measures Football Skills, Academic progress as well as Values learning. We partner Borussia Dortmund (BVB) and adopted their technomotorical test to measure the players' performance against the German academy's database of standards. The test include stations assessing passing, speed, agility, dribbling and ball juggling
School, training and study time attendances plus report cards of the players are used to monitor academic progress of each 'Champion' so as to better support them in their learning journeys.
A 39-items ACT SG tool provide us with an understanding of the impact we are having through our values-based football curriculum.
Our partnership with Borussia Dortmund (BVB); one of the top professional club in the world and an expert in youth football development helps gives opportunities to our coaches and players to learn from the best.
The Champions programme provides academic support & mentoring to our players so as to support them through the challenges they face as a young person.
Our integrated skill and values curriculum helps give young players a strong foundation for success later in life.
